Buyer reviewBruce has been my Broker for serval years in which my wife and I have bought serval homes from Bruce, I won't have any other agent then Bruce. I have known Bruce for quit a few years before he became my Broker. We go to church together along with other functions that we attend. You can't ask for a nicer person and more trustworthy person then Bruce to help you get a home that your looking for. Your spending a lot of money on a home and you need someone that you can trust to lead you in the right direction and that man is Bruce Swanson.

Seller reviewMy wife and I were in the market for our first home and saw a home we liked the listed agent was Bruce swanson so thats how we met Bruce. Bruce became our agent found our first home.. We set up an appointment with Bruce. At the appointment Bruce was very friendly and caring listened to our wants and needs. At that time our credit was not the best so Bruce suggested what to do to be able to qualify for a home he never said I can't help you since your credit and finances are not in order he was very understanding and worked with us. We are once again working with Bruce he sold our home which was our first home and going thru the process of our new home. So my wife and I definitely recomend Bruce and we have recomend him to our friends. Jose & Claudia
