Before I met Marie Alafa, I had previously tried working with an agent at ReMax. I went with this agent because she was highly recommended to me by a coworker. After submitting all the paperwork that was being asked for, a week passed by and I had yet to hear anything from the agent. Over a month had passed by and I had not heard anything from this ReMax agent. I was venting to my sister about everything that was happening with this agent and she recommended Marie. I called Marie the following day and within hours I was viewing my first house. Right then and their I knew that Marie was the one who was going to help me purchase my first home. After explaining my situation to Marie, she was very understanding and willing to help me in anyway possible. We made many offers and were rejected numerous times but she never gave up on the fact that I was going to become a homeowner. When I finally found a house that I liked and my offer was accepted my dreams became shattered by the lender. Marie acted quickly and found me a different lender who within weeks got everything approved and made my dream into a reality! Marie is the type of person who goes above and beyond to help her clients. She is dedicated to her clients and has a understanding of their needs. One of my requirements was to be able to purchase a house in Exeter and Marie would constantly keep me posted on houses that were going to be put in the market. Marie made my experience as a first time homeowner a very pleasant one. She never stopped me from viewing any homes even though they may have been over my budget. Overall I am very appreciative for everything Marie did for me and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is wanting to purchase a home.

Marie was referred by an agent I was working in Los Angeles for her location and local experience. She did great communicating with the referral agent and giving me detailed frequent updates throughout the sales process. She went above her role and job by helping deal with the local utility companies and even hiring a cleaning person prior to home evaluation. I am extremely glad to have her a real state agent in the Central Valley and highly recommend her. Marie is a pleasant person to talk to and very professional.

Marie Was amazing from the beginning. I contacted her about 2 years ago and even though our situation was not ideal at the moment she always told me that we could achieve our goal. After starting the actual process at the end of October 2020, from open to close she was always contacting me. Marie Alafa was always checking in on me to make sure I understood and also made sure every paper, question, and or legal document was fully explained. Marie is amazing and I always mention her to family and friends when they ask who we worked with and how it was. Marie always encouraged me to keep moving forward about a purchase. I felt very discouraged at some points in this process, she always encouraged me to move forward and never doubt my self to accomplish our family dream.
