Buyer reviewSundi Gregory made my dreams a reality. I am now a home owner before the age of 30. I felt like this day would never come. Sundi made it all easy and swift. I appreciate her time and advice during this emotional rollercoaster of making a huge investment. This is big and I thank her and all who were involved for helping me to my next journey.

Buyer reviewSundi did excellent and stayed on top of everyone to ensure that documents were signed and inspections were scheduled asap. Only miscommunication was with financing and Chicago Title Visalia office when scheduling to meet with notary. Was told by my financing agent that a notary would be able to meet me in my town of lemoore to sign documents on the next day. Received call only an hour and a half before meet up time to confirm I was coming to Visalia to sign documents. That was not the agreement. Supposedly Chicago title did not arrange to have that done and did not notify anyone that the lemoore appointment would not be happening. That was annoying and dissatisfying.

She was extremely helpful, kind, patient and always approachable. She has a very charismatic personality and was a pleasure to work with! Our overall experience with Sundi Gregory was phenomenal. I would highly recommend her to all of my closest friends and family who are considering buying a new home!!!
