Seller reviewDean came through for us on the sale, and our purchase in Carrollton. The Carrollton purchase was the one that I imagine tested his patience. Issue was not with Dean, it was with Chase Bank. For every road block Chase Bank threw up, Dean found a way around it. His knowledge of the financing/closing part of the process was impressive.

Buyer reviewThis was my first home purchase, and I was very nervous about making a misstep due to inexperience. So I asked a *lot* of questions during the process, and Dean was always very thorough and professional in his responses. He was also extremely helpful in narrowing down my search, as I'm new to the DFW area and had only a vague idea which cities/neighborhoods would be interesting to me. Dean also rolled with several unexpected developments and provided sound judgment in terms of how to react. Most important, I never felt pressured into anything and Dean always acted with the highest level of integrity. (I should mention I at one point had family in the real estate business, so despite the lack of experience in home buying, I had encountered several different types of salespeople before.) Overall: 5 stars, which I never give anyone. Can't imagine even considering using another real estate agent in the DFW area; everyone should be so lucky as to have a Dean on their side. Overall, I literally couldn't believe how painless my first home buying process turned out to be - like, I lost sleep over it.
