Buyer reviewKim Bateman was the agent who helped my brother find a house. He recommended her highly to help us in our search in the same area. She was knowledgeable and went out of her way to keep us informed of progress and answered our many questions without hesitation. Since we were out of state, Kim was very helpful in explaining all the papers we signed. If she didn't have an answer to our question, she got back with us in a very short time with the answer. This was an unusual experience or us as we were not intending to buy a home in Texas on our recent visit there. We just wanted to check out homes to see what was available. We saw a house with a Century 21 Judge Fite Company sign in the yard that we wanted to see. My brother referred us to Kim since there was not an open house at this property. She was able to let us view the house. Then everything happened so fast for us, but Kim was patient and calmed our nerves on buying a home on the spur of the moment. But it was meant to be. Kim was fantastic through this whole process!

More like friends having a glass of wine and discussing houses.. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. She really understood what my wife was wanting in a house and that made things easy. And when it came time to negotiate... She truly listened to me. She didn't try to sway me to her numbers or thinking. She listened and offered advice and really counseled us along the way. Thank you Kim Bateman! You are welcome at our dinner table... anytime. Well, as soon as we buy one anyway.. :)
