My name is Kristi Van Unnik and I am a Real Estate Agent with Century 21 Judge Fite Company in Midlothian, Texas. I have lived in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area since 1989 and in Midlothian for the past 14 years. For many years I traveled around the country and world. I loved (and still do!) the experience of seeing new places, trying new things and meeting new people. But, for me, the best part of every travel experience was the moment that I opened my front door. Nothing can replace the feeling that you get knowing that you are "home". Seller reviewKristi was our realtor when we purchased out first house in Midlothian. She knows this market very well and the price point we needed to be at to get the house sold in the time frame we needed to sell it. We were buying a new construction house and needed to line up the sell of our house with the builders completion date and Kristi did a great job coordinating all of the steps both on the sell side and working with the builder. It was also helpful that Kristi has a big network of realtors to market the property to in addition to MLS, Facebook etc. I believe the reason we sold less than 30 days is because of the price point we listed it at and the number of showings and interest we had very early on. I have recommended Kristi to friends and family and they have had success as well!

She really made the effort to take into account more than just geographical comps, but looked at other factors as well. Her follow up was great - and all before I even decided to list with her. I never had a doubt that she was in my corner throughout the process. She went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible.
