Paul was absolutely amazing to work with. We had the best outcome for our house and wish we were able to use him to purchase our new home in a different state. His communication was excellent and he was very clear with setting expectations. We felt like he truly listened to our concerns and addressed all our questions in a timely manner. You could tell he was in our corner the entire time.

Paul was reachable and calm and straight to the point while being polite which was appreciated. He wasnt trying to make a fake connection so that I chose him which i find people do. It was a business decision based on my goal of selling at high price with limited stress which he did. With Paul there is NO hidden agenda or false advertisement. No overselling to get your commitment. My girlfriend is selling her property in another state (so i couldnt use Paul) and has been a completely different experience. It made me value and appreciate Pauls services that much more. Thats the best way i can state it. I didnt realize how easy he made it because I didnt know how it "Could be".

This was our second transaction with Paul. As with the first one he was professional, knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. He took care of all the little things that were needed after we moved out of the home so the sale would go smoothly. He was able to get us much more than we expected for our home. Paul Epperly was an exceptional resource and agent for our cross-country move. He helped us for over a year identify the right area in Fort Worth that best fit our family's various needs. He was referred to us because we are a Military family through a military referral program. We decided soon after meeting Paul at a Starbucks that Paul was the best person to help guide our family, and quickly decided to move forward after Paul cleared an entire week JUST to accommodate our busy schedule. This is the first of a few times Paul re-arranged his schedule to support our needs and accommodate our cross-country travel to and from Texas to the East Coast. Paul even arranged virtual showings to alleviate the necessity to travel so frequently during the height of the pandemic. As stated-- we made a cross country move, and Paul went above and beyond to help us through telephone, FaceTime, email, and text message. We have countless examples of his commitment, professionalism, knowledge, and dedication. Specifically, Paul is reliable, honest, transparent, thoughtful and a direct communicator. Paul is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of looking for a home, and more importantly BUYING and living in your home. Anyone can sell you a "house" (sort of)--but Paul helped us transition into our new home in a new state due to his steadfast reliability. Another example of Paul's steadfast reliability is he drove to the Benbrook area frequently just to check on the status of our home. Paul did not merely phone the local neighborhood sales rep--he personally checked on our home during various phases of the new build process. He intentionally went on random intervals so that we could see real progress and catch any potential concerns. Paul was able to observe any errors and make us aware of any red flags. Please note-this is just one small example of various ways Paul went above and beyond for us like we were his only and favorite clients. Paul is very busy, but he made us feel like he had an abundance of time for us. We have many more examples, but limited space to attest to Paul's exceptional service. To that end, we would continue to use Paul's service regardless of his affiliation to Century 21/ Judge Fite. Our loyalty is to Paul specifically and we appreciate all he did for us throughout the last year. Paul is an exceptional agent and tremendous human.
