Seller reviewRandy is very knowledgable of the local aspects of Parker County and surrounding areas. He was always there when I had a question. He helped with getting me in touch with local individuals to get any maintenance and caretaking done on the propoerty, including making sure the property was mowed for me. The piece of property on the market was out of date, needed a lot of work, and there were limited funds to do any of that as it was in an Estate. Randy went above and beyond to help me in the sale of this particuliar property, and took extra steps to get the job done knowing my particuliar circumstances. He also knows how to deal with property in a Probate situation which in my case was very important. I have and will continue to refer to Randy Plyler for anyone's real estate needs!
