Seller reviewI had a very satisfying experience with Robert and all the other staff. I would certainly use them again. Robert Bown is an excellent agent whose background and personality reveal his interest in satisfying the client. He has a good sense of humor, is conscientious, and, most of all, he is accessible. Throughout my time with him, he explained terms and procedures very clearly and in simply language so that the client can understand what will happen. He always had answers to the many questions a seller has, and he anticipates the questions which a client will have at closing. Therefore, I feel very fortunate to have worked with someone whose training is so very extensive. I will definitely use him again for any activity in the area of real estate.

Buyer reviewRobert was great to work with. He listened to me needs/likes/wants and made sure to help me find the right home. What I loved about Robert is that he was not just trying to get me into whatever was available, he was patient and made sure to find me a home that was in get shape in terms of function, good pricing and my ideal location. Robert was so kind and patient with me. We looked for 7 months and he kept going back to the drawing board, helping me stay calm even when I was frustrated. He definitely made the home buying process easier and I can't thank him enough.
