Seller reviewThis is now our second time working with Rusty. We first used him as our realator when we bought our house. Three years later, we called him back to sell it. Rusty is very knowledgeable, friendly, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We were selling during a weird time in the market (interest rates shot up,) and he kept us positive and reassured. I was very satisfied with the many open houses he hosted and the focus on marketing the property. Once we got down the offer, he was very helpful and explained everything in detail. Overall, I'd recommend Rusty for anyone in the area.

He has gone above and beyond to assist in the buying and selling of a property, and I would highly recommend him to anyone who asks or is interested in finding the right broker. Rusty was helpful every step of the way. We met before listing to determine what needed to be done. He helped with finding people to make needed repairs (and stepped in to help as well). He also kept me notified every step along the way from listing to closing. He is definitely a hands-on broker that is knowledgeable and helpful. Rusty is not only a good broker but a kind and helpful person. He puts pride in what he does, and is humble enough to help at any level along the way. The overall experience was amazing. I was nervous about buying and selling properties, but Rusty helped alleviate the anxiety throughout the process.

He would help with walk through and coordinate with the builder for all the needed items to be completed. Rusty was very professional and knowledgeable while going through the process. I would recommend him to anyone needing a realtor. Rusty's performance has been excellent. With his work ethic's I will definitely refer him to family and friends looking to move to the Joshua TX area. He has always been available to handle things for me since I am still in Odessa TX. He has been a tremendous help working with all aspects of the process. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped with processing documents and answering any questions I had promptly. Overall, I cannot say enough of how much I appreciate Rusty's help with this purchase.

Buyer reviewRusty did a great job helping me understand the area and the current real estate environment. He never stopped trying to help me find my perfect home. I am a single woman over the age of 60, moving to new city. We had to make multiple offers, but continue to research the most creative ways to get the offer excepted. My new home is perfect and I can't wait to make it mine. Now that I have closed Rusty continues to help me with vendor to make changes to my home. Thank you for all you help. You are the best.
