I got lucky when I scheduled to look at my first house and Stephanie Cress showed up. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and very easy to talk to. She scheduled me viewings of houses that fit my needs till we found the one I wanted to bid on. We went through this process several times and she just tried harder and harder to help me find another. Where do we begin! Stephanie excelled in every aspect and expectation we had of an agent. She was proactive from the get go in the selling game plan that she prepared for us. It gave us incredible confidence that we were in good hands.  As first time home sellers we had limited knowledge what to focus on - what do we update/upgrade what do we leave alone. Stephanie brought clarity to our efforts. Her advice on what to upgrade/update was nuanced and turned out to be spot on. Her commitment to us was so obvious we had complete faith in her and we followed thru without hesitation. Stephanie was great at nudging us the right amount to keep us on task as well - we had a lot of 'home' work to do after all. We would not have been able to get it listed in time if it weren't for her gentle reminders.  For the unending questions we had about preparing for selling Stephanie was always available and very responsive, providing detailed replies always. She understood our doubts and questions clearly and answered them head on with clarity and honesty - which is refreshing in any communication.  Stephanie's skills at evaluating and sensing the market served us well. Her pricing was spot on to get the offers rolling in. Little did we know where it would eventually land (way above asking)! I think Stephanie was just as surprised as we were! I guess whatever they say about the current market is true after all.  We can't thank her enough for the staging of our home. She leveraged what little we had to make the home shine. Subtle changes that made a world of difference. Open house played out better than anticipated and we had offers the first day. What more could we ask. Stephanie is also just a great person to know and so easy to talk to, it was like having a friend help you with one of the most important financial dealings in your life. We wish there was a higher rating than excellent. Stephanie went above and beyond in every criteria. While we have used a lot of words they still do not express how grateful we are to her.  I bet she is out there championing other home sellers and helping home buyers with all her heart, mind and spirit. Anyone who has her as an agent is blessed, we certainly were. 

Stephanie Cress was persistent in the home-buying process. She listened to what we needed and had the patience to stick with us through the lengthy endeavor. She was very approachable and willing to make the efforts necessary to see us through to the end. Her work is very appreciated.
