Seller reviewWendy was extremely patient with us. This was our third time in the span of a year putting our house on the market and looking for a house. We were working with a builder and continued having issues with properties we had offers on. She took multiple sets of photos along the way on our home and never asked for reimbursement when we got cold feet. Continued to be helpful even when we were difficult. On the third and final time we priced perfect, got 18 shows in 10 days, and had multiple offers. During COVID, in a neighborhood where houses sometimes last 30-60 days we had an offer in 12. Process was smooth and communication was excellent. Buyers agent and Wendy were always talking and everyone was always up to date. She was always present and available for questions. If I were here I would have moved on from us as clients cause I think we were difficult but she was with us to the end and I'm very grateful for her.
