Seller reviewI knew from the first moments I saw Jaya I knew she would be the best I could ask for. It doesn't hurt that she's beautiful as well. She made me feel at going throughout this process. I would and will be using her again, if possible. I recommend her to everyone. It was my mother's house; my child hood home. My mother passed away in 2018 and I believe that Jaya gave her the dignity that she deserved. I can't thank Jaya enough. It almost didn't feel like a house getting sold it was that seamless and comfortable.

The first time I met Jaya, I knew I wanted her to sell our home. She's professional but not aloof. Someone did recommend another agent to us, but she acted like she didn't want to sell our home. She never called until we hired Jaya. She called to ask why we didn't go with her and we told her because Jaya cared, not just about her commission, but about us...as people! I consider her a lifelong friend!! She was and is amazing!!

She even had small gifts for my kids when they would join us during a viewing, she went above and beyond out of the kindness of her heart and it is appreciated and we are so thankful she was there to help us every step of the way.
