I needed someone who would be willing to work with me and handle my goofy and sometimes unprofessional behaviors. Someone who would stay positive and yet give me the hard truths with needed. Someone who listens and understands my current and future needs in a home. Lindsey definitely fit that bill and more! Lindsey is a Rockstar! She dealt with all aspects of my purchase multiple times. We had several nightmare "almost" homes. Each time, Lindsey handled all of the paperwork and scheduling with such professionalism and attention to detail, and even caught several mistakes on the sellers end of the paperwork. She always made sure not to submit anything until I fully understood, and even broke down some of the language into easier to understand bits for me. She kept me informed every step of the way. If it weren't for Lindsey, I would have given up my search long ago. We hit many obstacles in our adventure. Lindsey handled not only herself in an amazingly professional manner, but also managed to somehow keep me calm! She is not stuffy, like some agents can be. She is super patient and kind, always made sure that I was not only informed, but fully understood what was going on. On the very rare occasion that Lindsey wasn't able to meet up with me, the folks I did get to meet from Century 21 KIMA Properties were very friendly and knowledgeable. From "Phil's Bad Choices" to wiggly windows to a microwave from 1964, Lindsey and I have been on quite the adventure. She and I were able to laugh and explore and finally find my family the right home. I feel like I've gained a friend through everything!
