Buyer reviewMrs. Nievez was a pleasure to work with. Her professionalism exceeded my expectations of that of a Real Estate Agent. She was relatable and down to earth & was helpful in giving advice on everything that pertained to the buying process & even gave me tips on home decor. I am very happy and pleased with her work & would definitely work with her again. I would also be referring her to anyone that needs an Agent. I can say that I was nervous going into my first home buying experience but Mr. Nievez calmed my nerves from the moment we met. It felt as if she was family. She held my hand the whole time from beginning to end & even went above her Agent duties to help out in anything extra I needed. I am very grateful Mrs. Nievez was my Agent.

Buyer reviewMadelene actually listened to my needs. She made some suggestions as I would expect but ultimately didn't push as if to just hurry and make a sale. It felt as if she was there for me every step of the way on finding a home straight through to owning it. It was a pleasure to have her assist me in acquiring my first home. If she is still working I would reach out to her or Century21 for the sale of the home as well when I retire. She was extremely patient as I went through quite a few homes before deciding. The other thing that stands out was she always got back to me quickly if not immediately.

I never knew I would have such a fantastic experience with a real estate agent, she was always available, extremely knowledgeable, very professional and most importantly she always focused on what us as buyers wanted. She was always determined to help find what we wanted, do her research and provide us with as much information as she could. Madelene kept us up to date throughout the whole process even during days of waiting for answers she always followed up with us to see how we were doing on our part and also beyond ready for any possible outcome and next steps. She was PHENOMENAL! I plan and will recommend her to anyone who I know is looking to buy and sell. She made the process super smooth. She was very trustworthy and we felt extremely comfortable with her! Which is very important!
