I met my goal of becoming a homeowner in 2018 because of Jacky's help. There were times I doubted if I would find the imperfectly perfect place that I wanted to call home, but he never doubted and he didn't let me settle for a home that wasn't best for me. He had the utmost integrity. I never doubted his skill, his commitment and his ethics. All I knew about the home buying process as a first time homebuyer was what I saw on TV (they made it look like a walk in the park). While the process had its challenges, the end result of my home was worth it. I could not have asked for a better realtor. There was ALOT I didn't know, but Jacky educated me every step of the way. He never made me feel incompetent. He truly went above and beyond to help make my dream of homeownership a reality. Throughout my frustrations, disappointments, and continuous questions, Jacky was patient and understanding. He was friendly, attentive, swift, and approachable. I never felt rushed when asking a question or pressured to make a decision. He was an anchor when I became overwhelmed. He made himself available to cover everything I needed to know. He negotiated on my behalf, for my interests. He knew the market well and gave me knowledge that caused me to think how this purchase could serve me in the future and not just temporarily. I went it in thinking I would buy a townhome and purchased a single family home instead. I'm glad he showed me options so I could make a good decision. I love our new home.
