Seller reviewEmilie assisted us with the purchase of a lake lot. She went above and beyond with her professionalism, kindness, and guidance. With multiple lots to chose from, she gave guidance and insight we otherwise wouldn't have thought of for a thoughtful purchase. Due to positive career changes, we needed to sell this lot, and didn't hesitate to return to her. She was honest, timely, and extremely courteous again, and quickly acted in our behalf to sell our lot expeditiously. I'd highly recommend working with Emilie. You'd be pressed to find someone who doesn't waiver on who she is, and works with you every step of the way.

Buyer reviewEmilie was a great professional to work with from beginning to end. If there was ever a question she did not know (which was few), she promised to research and get back to us, which she did in a timely manner. With us not being in the local area, Emilie went and reviewed the area to inspect lot lines and get an eye on, and provide a first hand account of specific questions we had. Without an attempt to sway our decision in any specific way, she answered the questions we had extremely well, which made us confident in the decisions we were making. From beginning to end, Emilie held the same composure and professionalism throughout our buying journey. If given the opportunity, I would without question work with her again.

Seller reviewThe extra effort by Emilie and Tom to help clear out the last items in the house were greatly appreciated. The family would not have thought about using the college fraternity to help. Finding a good house cleaning service was very helpful. Tom Bozied was very helpful in the entire process. The closing went very smoothly. My sisters and I couldn't have asked for better assistance in the selling of our parents home than what Emilie and Tom provided us. The challenge of living in another State was never an obstacle to getting the house sold.
