Seller reviewJeff has been our realtor for three transactions and on all occasions he has been beyond excellent. He is attentive, informative, listens to and works to address our needs and concerns. He provides valuable advice, answers questions quickly and is willing to do the leg work required to find whatever information he doesn't have readily available. During the final stages of our sale, Jeff put in personal time and effort to help make the changes and updates the buyer requested, making arrangements with contractors, even doing the work himself to ensure the sale went smoothly. I simply can not recommend Jeff strongly enough.

We appreciated Jeff's ability to listen to our needs, his communication, and fantastic help regardless of our questions and lack of knowledge. All in all, we ended up with a house that we enjoy without being too distant from work or town, and in a friendly community with room to grow for our family!

Brett Berhens, built us a wonderful home and was very respectful. Anything we needed added or changed he was on it. I would recommend these 2 for any upcoming sales or builds.
