Seller reviewWe were so fortunate to have Laksmi Singh as our realtor and I would need many more than 140 characters to explain how awesome she was throughout the entire home selling process. We worked with Lakshmi Singh in the summer of 2022 to sell our home which turned out to be the best decision of our transition. She already had a solid plan to sell our home. At first she helped us to decorate our home for Open house/staging purpose and then brought in expert photographer which created much more foot traffic and brought in serious buyers.We received multiple offers after the second day of open House, BIG thanks to Lakshmi's incredible work. We knew we were getting a great person on our side, but she surpassed our expectations. She was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, from the listing of our home till closing step.
