Since childhood I remember riding around South Tampa with my father as he would take notes on different properties and tell me to be sure to invest in real estate. Having these lessons instilled at a young age is what drove me to become involved in this industy. I've managed personal property rentals for the last 10 years and worked with a real estate attorney for over 3 years in the Short Sale Division. We have moved more than eight times over the past 28 years and have experienced working with many realtors when selling and purchasing homes. Nicole Alonso was the BEST agent with whom we have worked. We partnered with Nicole on both the sale and purchase of homes and were so impressed with Nicole's attention to detail, her very in-depth knowledge of the local community, and her professionalism. So much so, that we contracted for the purchase of a new home before we even sold our home because we trusted Nicole to find the perfect buyers quickly, and she did! In fact, potential buyers were already lined up to see our home before it was officially on the market!
