He is friendly, professional and pays attention to detail. In addition, unbeknownst to any of us, we listed our rental property for sale just days before the state shut down due to the pandemic. This concerned us, but obviously out of anyone's control. Considering these unprecedented times, we were pleasantly surprised when we received a strong offer for our property in less than 2 months on the market.
