Seller reviewMaggie was amazing throughout this process. We reached out to her over a year ago and she didn't pressure us with a timeline. When we asked questions, she was knowledgeable and able to get our questions answered immediately. She helped us find our auctioneer, who has also been amazing. The sale was quick, and she went through the process right nest to us, giving us the pros and cons. She was not just trying to make a sale, but do what was best for the buyers and us as the sellers. Highly recommend.

The most recent sale was the easiest experience I've ever had selling a house. I didn't have to do anything but sign a few documents. We were under contract soon after the first day of showings, and the entire process took about 30 days from listing agreement to closing. I would recommend her to anyone.
