I delight in helping my buyers, sellers and investors save money and make money. I am highly qualified to assist with your relocation concerns. I am a life long resident of Northeast Ohio with a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Kent State University. Prior to selling real estate, I administered Government Grant Programs for Home Buyers and Landlords as a consultant, and compiled data to develop housing & community assessments strategies for various Ohio communities. Now, I am helping my clients utilize the programs that I used to administer, and using my knowledge of the area to help buyers find the location that is right for them.
In addition to helping owners sell their homes, I consult as an inspector on HUD 203(k) Rehab Loans, appraise properties, and negotiate the lowest possible purchase price for my buyers. I have successfully reduced property taxes for the majority of my buyers, existing homeowners and investors. I have linked my buyers with incentive programs that saved them money, and consulted with investors and pre-foreclosure homeowners.
