Seller reviewI worked with Tibitha Matheney following my mother's passing in Boardman, Ohio to help sell her condominium. I live out of state in Georgia so I expected this to be quite challenging; however, with Tibitha's help the sale of the condo was smooth and easy. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding local contacts you may need such as title agents and handyman services. Her knowledge of the local housing market was vast, and she researched well. Our property had an offer we approved within 24 hours of being listed! I highly recommend Tibitha for all your realtor needs.

She's very honest and pokes you in the eye when needed. She accepted my law enforcement and military background with open arms. So I suggest veterans to give her a call. She's also very knowledgeable on the buyer side and knowing about plans and programs. She knows if you can't find a loan she can't sell you a property, she'll get it done!
