Mark is a retired Lieutenant Colonel who served in a variety of key positions throughout the world in the United States Army. He served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He is innovative and always searching for ways to provide better customer service.

Mark holds a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree with a specialization in Marketing from Saint Bonaventure University and an MBA from Golden Gate University. Mark is also a certified, advanced mediator and skilled negotiator trained by the Justice Center of Atlanta.

He prides himself in honesty and having the ability to make complicated matters easily understood by all parties.

He is a member of the American Legion, Military Officers Association of America and lifetime member of the National Eagle Scout Association. He and his wife, YuKyong, live in Evans, Georgia. Their son, Kristopher, is a Chief Warrant Officer Two (CW2) serving at Ft. Irwin flying a UH-60M Blackhawk.
