Cathy Crisafulli was recommended to me. I was extremely happy with her from start to finish. Cathy went above and beyond her responsibility. For example, she met the city water department during the day so I did not have to take time off from work. Cathy took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a realtor and for the sale of my home. She made me feel comfortable in areas that I was concerned. Cathy was available and responsive every time I reached out to her. Cathy was the perfect realtor for me. She listened, made great suggestions, listed my home quickly and worked very hard in making sure I had the right buyer. My husband and I wanted to move to the area, but had only passing knowledge of said area. I specifically selected Cathy for her long-time living, working and volunteering in Fulton after researching many agents. We contacted Cathy with a general idea and a long list of properties we thought might be suitable. Cathy understood what we wanted and eliminated unsuitable candidates, while adding one she had discovered. That was the one we ended up buying. The difficult and often frustrating nature of our purchase would have tried a saint. Cathy was determined, helpful, friendly and a good partner throughout.
