Seller reviewCouldn't ask for a better broker, Billie Jo Guthrie worked hard and got it sold over asking price. Would use her again if I ever sell or buy another house. Century 21 and Billie Jo Guthrie did just what they promised, got my house sold and a great price and I just sat back and they did all the work. Billie Jo Guthrie did a great job, always stayed in close contact with me with what was going on. Two buyers backed out and Billie said not to worry it will sale, and it did.
