He went out of his way to do whatever we needed. We were purchasing from across the country and he made the process easy. We did not see the property until right before closing, so we relied on him fully for information. He intervened on our behalf when necessary and gathered any information we needed. His communication skills were excellent, using a variety of means of communicating, including email, phone calls, video calls, and texting. It was a pleasure to work with him.
