Seller reviewCopying what I put on Facebook this morning: "Donna is the best realtor - she actually found my Johnson City rental condo for me in 2017 after we had sent her a couple of options she helped us immediately rule out (including a house that was only a steal because it had been hit by cars losing control around the curve it sat on multiple times - we had no idea!). It was a great investment, and she helped me again for my house purchase in Bristol and the sale of that same condo that just closed. I highly recommend her if you want someone with a real sense of what's available now and coming up soon.

Seller reviewThis is the third time we have done business with Donna Sartin, and that alone, should be an indication of the excellent job she does. We bought a house in Gray with Donna (via FaceTime) when we relocated from Atlanta about 3 1/2 years ago. Donna sold that house for us in a record 4 DAYS! She helped us with the negotiations, making recommendations, based on her experience and knowledge of the market. She also guided us through the purchase of the house we currently live in, including connecting us with lenders and inspectors. Donna is everything you want your realtor to be - honest, trustworthy, dependable, very communicative, possesses great follow-up skills and excellent communication skills, provides solid guidance based on her many years of experience, has extensive knowledge of the area and the latest market trends, and I could go on and on.
