Because of job change, I moved out of state and left all the house selling issues to Erin. In addition to timely updates, she helped complete all the repairs the buyer requested. Buyer reviewThis is the first time I buy a house and have no idea about this complicated process. Each time I have questions, Erin Zhou always gave me a detailed explanation in a very patient manner. From her, I learned a lot about how the home-buying works and how to take care of the house. Since I started to look for a house, Erin sent me timely update on the availability of houses suitable for our need. It was a seller's market and it was hard to get a favorite one if the action was taken a little bit late. In an evening I got the updated availability and told her that I would like to take a look at the house I finally got, she arranged a tour in the early morning of the next day. With the help of her quick response, I was able to turn in the offer before noon. It was a really pleasant experience of working with her and I would like to recommend Erin to anyone who is struggling to get a house they need and they love.
