Buyer reviewHP Pendleton halped me find and purchase my first house. 11 years later he helped me to sell that house and buy my second. 2 months ago he helped me locate my third house while helping me get maximum sale price from the second. Many road blocks and problems came up and he patiently helped us to navigate them all. HP Pendleton has a positive, never say die attitude. He IS my guy. I would use no one else. HP Pendleton is a very warm and caring person who goes well above and beyond basic client service. HP Pendleton does an outstanding job of conducting local market research and then explaining what it means, allowing customers to see what their options are and what will fit their needs. Buying this property was not easy, with many obstacle and road blocks. HP Pendleton handled them all with his can do attitude and busines savvy. HP Pendleton is a top notch professional. I couldn't imagine how i could have had a better experience.

From those we found our perfect property. We closed the property 17 days after signing due to Harold's careful attention to detail and his knowledge of real estate transactions. He was always one step ahead of required process to get the closing done quickly. He was easily reached if we had any questions. And we had several. WE highly recommend Harold to anyone looking to do any real estate transactions, We found him to be honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, reliable and dedicated. We would not have been able to do this without him.
