We have known Marsha Bradford for many years and consider our friendship critical to our sale and buying of our 2 homes. She is such a pleasant person, always with a smile on her face, and attentive to what we want, not just what might be the best for her commission. She always has time for me when I call, and quickly responds to questions I might have. We give her a 100%++++. You have an excellent employee!! Larry and Carol Graham I am recovering from a broken hip, a hospitalization for surgery, and covid, in the past 8 mos. and she came to our home at times to help us with the paperwork, or go over items to explain them to us, or whatever. She was so helpful in getting all the details like photographing of our home, the home inspection, etc. so we didn't have to go searching.

I met Marsha Bradford through a relative. I was impressed with her caring personality. She continues to impress me. No complaints. I would give Marsha a No. 1 rating. Marsha kept me update throughout the sale process and was always willing to answer questions and give positive feedback. At the closing, she brought me a beautiful potted mum.
