Moving to East TN was the best thing I ever did for my family 20 years ago. My growth in residential real estate has been bountiful in so many ways. I have always been in some form of real estate since 1993, whether in commercial leasing/property managing high rise office buildings to power retail market centers in Atlanta, GA. Over the years with constant market changes, I have worked with many foreclosure institutions/investor related properties, military seller and buyer relocating service programs and selling/listing high end lake front luxury living homes. Coming from a strong family military background, VA buyers and sellers are top priority. I make sure to keep up with all the VA loan processes for a smooth transaction for my clients. Buyer reviewWe chose Rachel Cornett because her Bio indicated she was familiar with the VA loan process and had worked with other military families in the past. Once we expressed an interest in the home, Rachel Cornett did a FaceTime video with us (we lived in TX) within 2 hours. She thoroughly answered all questions we had regarding the home, and an offer was made that evening. Although our home purchase interactions were conducted from out of state, Rachel Cornett was timely, professional and committed to us as the clients. Additionally, she connected us with another agent in Jefferson County who was able to send us listings on a weekly basis. Rachel Cornett connected us with Mr. George Francisco for additional home listings in Jefferson County, TN. Mr. Francisco was extremely professional and sent us very thorough listings each week. He also provided tips on the changing status of interest rates. I highly recommend Mr. Francisco as well. It was a pleasure working with Rachel Cornett.
