She maintained a very good line of communication and I always rested easy knowing that she would take care of things. She certainly went above and beyond what I expected her to do. The buyers decided that they did not want a big computer desk that I left there and they wanted it removed. With my limited mobility and overall health problems, I wasn't sure what I was going to do. No problem; Rachel called me right away and told me that she had already removed the desk for me. She was a true joy to work with; carrying on a very professional attitude while communicating with us on a very friendly and effective manner. I was extremely happy with Rachel's work.
