Seller reviewSam was a true friend during this whole process. His attention to detail and thinking of all the things you might not even think of. He thinks of it all. He listens and also explains everything to you making the whole process feel effortless. I highly recommend Sam. He is definitely the best at what he does.

Buyer reviewAt the start, we did not realize how much patience would be required throughout the process. We located a property that was off-market and Sam dealt wonderfully with the owners, despite the owners lack of urgency There were a couple of times when we felt the off-market option wouldn't pan out. To stem that, Sam and Dwight were very proactive with sending alternate properties and offering to set up tours if needed Sam's experience really shown through. When the owners were balking at our offer, Sam used information from when the property was on the market a couple of years ago and showed them the math as to how our offer was better than what they were expecting from when it was on the market

He has served on the historic commission and understands every aspect of an historic home. I would never consider anyone else that did not possess his credentials or integrity.

We had frank, open and honest discussions regarding the sale and Sam was always receptive to what I had to say and treated me with respect. His responses to my inquiries were always prompt and informative.His advice concerning offers was invaluable and resulted in a sale well above my expectations. Regarding the three other (1 female, 2 male) agents I came into contact with during this sale I can only comment that none impressed me as being "professionals"...most any used car salesperson on a dealer lot would have made a better impression.
