I was absolutely pleasantly surprised to find out how he went above and beyond the mark in order to make this a great experience. This was my first time seriously looking at a home for myself, and I was nervous going into it as I wasn't sure what to expect. Richie helped guide me through the process, set expectations for the houses I viewed, and teach me along the way. He was very accommodating for my schedule and was very easy to contact and communicate with. I will absolutely recommend him to my friends and family moving forward!

Seller reviewSelling a house isn't easy. I wanted someone I could trust who would do the best he/she could to find an appropriate buyer for my property. I think Richie Tipton went above and beyond to be accessible and helpful. He communicated clearly with me and was confident about solving problems. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience working with him. Century 21 was very helpful in taking care of everything, including the contracts and final paperwork. I never had to worry about the performance of this office because it has a stellar reputation. I would highly recommend Richie Tipton and Century 21 to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.
