Seller reviewPeggie was always on top of things and was incredibly helpful during the sales process We listed the house Friday at 9:30 PM and had 2 offers Saturday by noon. Called for all final offers by Sunday at 6 PM. With 13 showings we had 4 serious offers over the asking price. We closed in 30 days. Couldn't have been easier. Peggie's advice and assistance when getting the house ready to list was a big part of this. Combined with her help navigating the process with all the offers we received was truly helpful. I will use Peggie for all of my real estate needs in the future!
