Seller reviewPatrick Tardy was quite patient with me. As I am not familiar with the real estate world or the market trends, Patrick took a great deal of time explaining the processes prior to a sale, and then as we were going through the actual process. Whenever I had a question, he was extremely prompt with a detailed response, and always offered to speak to me via the phone. I believe that most people are not familiar with the processes of selling homes, and the steps required for a smooth sale and transition. I appreciate that Patrick Tardy took the time to explain the steps and provide insight into the final sale. I also appreciate that Patrick Tardy always had a backup plan. As the real estate market in Florida is currently like swimming in shark-infested waters, there was always a plan B and C to deal with whatever situation. Planning is very important to me. If I purchase property in Florida, Patrick Tardy will be my go-to person!
