SHE ALSO IS WELL VERSED IN HANDLING NEGOTIATIONS TO BRING THE BUYER AND SELLER TOGETHER. SHE ALSO DOES A GOOD JOB WHEN YOU GET THE OCCASSIONAL LOW BALL OFFERS. WITH HER HELP WE WERE ABLE TO EXCEED THE HIGHEST PER SQ FT PRICE IN OUR VERY LARGE NEIGHBORHOOD. WE WOULD RECOMMEND MICHELE TO ANY PROSECTIVE BUYER OR SELLER.

Previous work experience as art teachers, I knew she was always well informed, excellent communicator, and hard working. She does her research and provided comps to help determine a good price. She set up a professional photographer and my home was listed within a few days. The property was listed and we had 4 showings the first day, 7 on the second day.
