I have lived in the Inland Empire since 1994, moving from the Woodland Hills area, buying and selling real estate for myself over the last 40 years. I received a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida and attended MBA classes at Stanford. Previously owning 2 businesses in the electronics field, I obtained my real estate license in 1986 and joined Century 21 Lois Lauer in 2002. To better serve my clients, I am currently taking graduate real estate courses. Any of the boxes I marked "A Consideration" I marked that only because those are things to consider when looking for an agent, but those factors were not what I based my decision (to have Harold Gainey as my agent) on.
