I am an investor. Bobby was working with a seller whose house needed a thorough updating. He brought me the deal and represented me on both the purchase and the sale. He certainly earned his money on this deal due to a difficult buyer, a needy seller (me) and two initial buyers who backed out. Can't wait to work with him again.
