Jaswinder was extremely professional when it came to helping me buy my first home. His knowledge of the area of Merced helped me avoid overpaying for a house. He would express his thoughts when a house was priced right or overpriced and gave his advised when i was submitting an offer. I was searching to buy a house in Merced, California, I contacted many different agents. None of them met my expectations. They sounded like they didnt want to do anything physically except sending me bunch of mail and messages. I was moving from out of state so I needed someone who was always available to answer all my questions and show me the property on video call etc. I felt like other realtors were not showing much interest in giving personal time to go check every property I wanted them to check and show me on video call and do all the other work they have to do to make customer satisfied. Then I found Jaswinder Singh Jessie) after wasting 4-5 months and my moving plan was not getting anywhere. Trust me Jaswinder is the top agent, so friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, courteous. He went the extra mile for me to show me every property I wanted to see. He was always there when I called. He explained everything in detail and assisted me in every step of buying a new house.
