Matt Roberts

Matt
Roberts is pleased to join the Century 21 MM team following a 16-year career as
a commercial real estate appraiser and consultant in the Bay Area. Matt Brings an
extensive knowledge of real estate, both in valuation and real estate
investment. As a commercial appraiser and California native, Matt has become an
expert in many of the diverse real estate markets in Northern California. His
goal is to use that knowledge to serve both residential and commercial clients¿
needs and help them smoothly navigate the home buying and selling experience. As
the population continues to expand outward from the Bay Area, Matt recognizes
these changes and the vast real estate opportunities that come along with them.
As a result, he looks to specialize in the Delta region and outer Bay Area.

Originally
from San Francisco and later Marin County, Matt has always led an active
lifestyle. As a young man Matt was an accomplished high school and college
athlete and later played semi-pro baseball and toured internationally with the Olympic
Club rugby team. 

In
2015 Matt found himself on the leading edge of the Bay Area exodus as he and
his family made the move out of the Bay Area and settled in the pleasant Delta
town of Rio Vista. Located along the Sacramento River between the two large
metro markets of San Francisco and Sacramento, Rio Vista offers access to both
markets while still maintaining a small-town feel. Matt lives with his wife and
kids and enjoys spending time with his family and immersing himself in the
community.

Transitioning
from real estate appraisal to real estate sales is a welcome change for Matt as
it allows him to assist and interact with people which is more suited to his
personality. He always puts forth his best effort in everything he does and he understands
that the job requires close and honest communication. Matt¿s goal is to work
hard for his clients using his experience, perseverance, and loyalty.
