Nadia Shambo

Nadia Shambo is an excellent agent for many reasons. She precisely told me what my home would sell for and it sold for exactly that amount. She also did a great job marketing the house to all the real estate groups and tours which seemed helpful to get the word out to not just MLS and Century 21 but to all the big brokerages and even the smaller independent brokers. She helped stage the home too, she has a great eye for design. I believe she worked in fashion before becoming an agent. She also knew plenty of buyers and details about what they typically like seeing in a home which was very helpful. She learned and studied the house well and absorbed many details about the house including several I was not totally aware of. She did the open houses herself which was far better than other experiences I had with agents sending their helper who knows little about the house or about even real estate in general. The contract process was very smooth as well. Her office mates were very friendly and easy to work with. I met the office manager too and he, like Nadia, was very professional and knowledgeable about real estate sales. Overall, I would highly recommend her services, especially if you want someone who will personally ensure you get a great experience from selling your home.
