Stephen was great to work with. He was extremely aggressive in going after the property I wanted and helped me secure the purchase over other offers. He constantly went above and beyond to help make the process go smoothly, as well as helped get to closing when hurdles kept getting in the way. I highly recommend him.

We first contacted Stephen over a year ago when we first started looking at houses. He showed us many properties and when we decided we were ready to put an offer on a house, we discovered we were unable to get approved for a mortgage. Stephen gave us the resources we needed to improve our credit and financial situation and texted us to check in with how we were doing. Several months back, we were finally ready to start looking at homes ago and initially a mortgage company put me in contact with another real estate agent. After one conversation, I knew we should contact Stephen again. We did and let him know of a property we wanted to see that had just come back on the market and he got us in that same day. Even though that didn't ultimately end up becoming our home, it was a sign of Stephen's dedication to getting us into houses we wanted to see. It's currently a rough market for buyers but Stephen was on the ball and got us through each setback to land us in the perfect home for us. We couldn't be happier with our choice to work with him and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Stephen was patient in finding that property, and followed it from listing until the price reached the point where we were able to make an offer. But first, we needed to sell our existing home, which Stephen assisted us with as well. We were able to get close to our asking price and then move forward with our new home. Stephen was right with it on both ends as the transitions went smoothly. Stephen does an excellent job in customer relations and represents C21 professionally. I highly recommend him.

He was available and trustworthy and we worked as partners in the process. We got a full price offer in two days and he helped me navigate through the whole process of selling and closing on the house. This including making the house ready to sell, negotiating the price and terms, house inspections, responding to the buyer's demands, and handling the legal process through closing and all during the pandemic.
