Seller reviewI learned that Michele lived locally and was very knowledgable of the neighborhood and its market. Michele had a good number of potential buyers come to the house on its first day on the market, and got an immediate offer. Michele also made it easy for me, the seller, when it came to getting the necessary forms to me and taking the time to answer my questions. Michele always kept me up to date throughout the attorney review phase, title search, and right up through the closing. Overall, the experience was positive. I thought the title search took longer than I expected it to take on the buyer's side. In the end, the sale was QUICK from beginning to end. I can easily give a high recommend for Michele.
