I'm sorry it took long for me to say how highly satisfied .. my husband and I been married for 10 year and I know known him for about 12 years now .. we took the decision to buy a house on the last week of January and we were so lucky to find Liliana as she is very dedicated not only to her job but to make sure we have no stress and us making the right decision she is very professional can't really think of anything bad to say about her .. we love the attention she gave us and she still is when we call her for question.. As first time home buyers, my fiancé and I were unsure of the best way to approach this intimidating process. After speaking to several realtors, we chose to work with Liliana because she immediately showed a high level of professionalism and willingness to tailor this experience to us. We had so many questions along the way, both novice questions as individuals still learning about the home buying process, as well as, more specific questions about the neighborhoods and properties we were visiting. Liliana always answered our questions with respect and honesty and if there was ever a question about the property that she was unsure of, she would always promptly find out and follow up with us. For a solid two months, we were visiting 3-4 properties each weekend that I had expressed interest in throughout the week. Liliana was always on top of my requests and arranged our weekend touring schedules without us needing to do anything but arrive to the property at the designated time. Her high level of communication and accessibility were also some of her most appreciated qualities, which made this a smooth experience. We ultimately purchased a home that was in our desired location and UNDER asking price, which is unheard of in this market. I credit this great deal with Liliana's knowledge of the market and ability to represent us as solid buyers. Overall, we would highly recommend working with Liliana!
