Marcus Logan of CENTURY 21 Prestige

I was actually just sort of assigned Marcus Logan by Realtor.com, but it was the best luck I could have had in this process. I only had to speak with Marcus once to trust him -- which is not a thing I often experience, but he has *not* let me down. Marcus was absolutely amazing at every single step of this very intimidating process. He was in my corner from the very beginning, and all the way through. I was really intimidated by some parts of the process, but Marcus was right there to walk me through it. When he didn't have expertise in something, he told me honestly and then looked for the answer, which was awesome (but rare; there wasn't much he didn't know). He did so much emotional labor for me during this process, and I can't thank him enough. When we first got in touch with each other, I was fleeing abuse at my previous address, and I had no idea where to begin or what to do -- I was just in survival mode. But Marcus stepped right up and absolutely empowered me to make decisions with all the information I needed. His wife also came along on one of our house-hunting trips, and she was absolutely amazing!! Just so kind and knowledgeable, and she would make an excellent realtor, herself! I would recommend Marcus to anyone and everyone. As a trans, queer, neurodivergent first time homebuyer, this could have been a horrific process for me, but Marcus made it simple and safe, and that's the highest praise I can possibly offer. He was an ally for me, and I didn't once feel like his bottom line was more important than my needs. He is ethical, reliable, approachable, authentic, and amazing at his job.
