She found out what we wanted to do and what we needed to do and how fast we needed it done and proceeded with a plan that worked out and went down just like a Dysney movie! We had a few hiccups along the way with the buyers but stayed with the course as we all believed we had the right buyers for the property. Super shout out to Cari for her excellent work on this home.! couldnt be more satisfied!

Seller reviewWhen we decided to put the house on the market and found Cari, we knew the Lord planted her in our lives for more reasons than just selling a house. She jumped right in and started planning the best way to get the job done, but also met the goals that we had set for selling. Before we knew it, we had several open houses and showings. She was great with communicating buyers thoughts on the property and gave suggestions when needed. Cari is the real deal. She treated us like family. To us that means alot. Once we sold, Cari helped us with find and purchase our new home. We highly recommend Cari to everyone.

Buyer reviewCari was great with me... very patient especially for a first time home buyer! I get a little lost in translation at times and Cari was always great about breaking things down for me and giving me different ways to look at things and extra information that might help me make my decisions during this stressful process. Always available in a timely manner when I had questions even after the sale. She understood what I was going for from the beginning and was always trying to find what I wanted which was great since I was very set on a specific type of house. I hopefully won't be going through this process again any time soon but I will definitely go to Cari for help if I do!
