Seller reviewOur home was on the market off and on for almost 3 years and when we got the referral to use Connie Carrie after no luck with 2 other realtors, it was a game changer. We live out of state and Connie kept in touch regularly by phone and email to keep us up to date on any maintenance that needed to be done to keep it looking nice for potential buyers, she helped recommend the right people to help in those areas, was prompt on giving the necessary feedback from showings, let us know how often and broad her selling tactics were on trying to sell the home and, even just called to check in and see if there was anything she could do. Once our home was under contract, she was full steam ahead on making sure everything went as smooth as possible, especially since we weren't local anymore.
